Nature of Product

All items sold by Resin Made Simple are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.


Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive an email with your download link or access instructions. Delivery is typically instant.

If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.


All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of usage
  • Device or software incompatibility

Access or File Issues

If you experience any of the following within 7 days of purchase, contact us at

We will fix the issue or resend the file at no cost:

  • No download email received
  • Broken or inaccessible download link
  • Corrupted file
  • Incorrect product delivered

If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be issued.


Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days. After verification, the duplicate charge will be refunded.


Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed using proof of delivery (email logs and access records).

Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.

By purchasing, you explicitly agree to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins.
